Frances Bean Cobain, 21, posted comments on her Twitter page Sunday directed at Del Rey, who reportedly said that she wished she "was dead already" during an interview with the U.K. Guardian.
Frances Bean has responded to backlash from some of Del Rey's fans, as she claims to be looking out for Del Rey's best interest.

No wonder Cobain doesn’t appreciate Lana Del Rey making a death wish in a recent interview in The Guardian and on her new album, Ultraviolence.
In The Guardian profile of Del Rey, the singer says she saw glamour in an early death. To further prove his point, he included audio of Del Rey’s quotes.
As seems to be the norm, Del Rey’s tweets on the subject were later deleted.
